Reheating Meats
Low and slow saved your BBQ the first time, let it save your leftovers too. The oven or air fryer at a gentle heat is your best friend here.

- Store all leftovers in the refrigerator within 2 hours, eat within 3–4 days.
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 275°F. Heat for 10–12 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For sliced, chopped, or pulled meats: place in an oven-safe container and cover tightly with foil. To keep the meat moist, add 1/2 oz of water, broth, or BBQ Sauce per pound.
- For on-the-bone meats: place in an oven-safe container. Leave uncovered.
Sides & Appetizers
The sides deserve just as much care. Whether you’re warmin’ up some creamy mac & cheese or crisping up an appetizer, here’s how to do it right.

Non-Fried Items
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 275°F.
- Place in an oven-safe container and cover with foil. Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Fried Items
- Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F for a crispier finish.

Desserts
A great dessert deserves a proper warm-up. Go gentle, sweet treats need a little extra love.

- Preheat your oven to 300°F.
- Place dessert in an oven-safe dish. Cover loosely with foil to prevent over-browning.
- Heat for 8–12 minutes until warmed through. Serve immediately, and don’t forget the ice cream.
No Air Fryer? Use the Microwave
No oven or air fryer on hand? The microwave can absolutely do the job, just follow a couple of key steps to keep things sweet and smokey.

- Place food in a microwave-safe container.
- Lower power to 50%. This slower heat prevents the outside from drying out before the center is warm.
- Place a damp paper towel over the container to trap steam and keep the meat juicy.
- Reheat until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, checking in 60-second intervals.
